Nancy Morgan (born 1949) is an American actress of film and television.

She is the daughter of Samuel A. Morgan, Jr. and Marjorie Greenfield Morgan, and a niece of John "Red" Morgan, who won the Medal of Honor for his bravery during World War II in 1943, which events were later fictionalized in the movie Twelve O'Clock High.

Nancy Morgan was married for 19 years to the late actor John Ritter (m. 1977 - 1996); they had three children, Jason (b. 1980), Carly (b. 1982), and Tyler (b. 1985). She appeared in an episode of the 1980's television series Hooperman, which starred her then-husband.
