The Golddiggers, from 1973 through the 1990's continued the Golddigger legacy by taking their talent on the road, opening the Las Vegas MGM Grand Hotel and Casino performing in the "Celebrity Room" to sold out crowds with Dean Martin to over 2,000,000 people. They were a self contained group and starred performing in Monte Carlo, Acapulco, Toronto +++. The Golddiggers were a singing and dancing troupe that consisted of four to twelve young women in the style of Las Vegas showgirls selected for attractiveness and talent that appeared regularly on The Dean Martin Show on TV. Their forte was tightly choreographed and synchronized singing/dancing routines of them in formation, vocalizing in harmony with coordinated costuming, hairstyling, etc. to great visual effect.

History

The original group toured in Vietnam with Bob Hope, and performed on The Golddigger Show, in London, as well as guest starring with Dean Martin.
