Scott Cutler

Scott Cutler is an American musician and music producer.

Personal life

He recently had his 1st son "Lane Morton Cutler" with his fiance Meredith Morton.

Career

Culter had previously been a member of the Los Angeles bands Ednaswap and Annetenna along with songwriting partner Anne Preven.

Culter has written well-known songs such as "Torn" with Anne Preven for Ednaswap, later covered by Natalie Imbruglia, and "Listen", sung by Beyoncé Knowles in the 2006 film Dreamgirls, for which he received a Critics Choice Award as well as a Golden Globe nomination and an Academy Award nomination. He also wrote "Sanctuary" with Madonna and "No Man's Woman" with Sinead O'Connor. Cutler has helped in the production of Miley Cyrus's album Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus and wrote the song "Start all over". He has also wrote "Ultraviolet", which the band the Stiff Dylans sung for the hit British movie "Angus,Thongs, and Perfect Snogging" in 2008. He is currently workin on the new Jordin Sparks record and the new Demi Lovato record. With his partner Anne he wrote the song "Candle" with The White Tie Affair.
