Enrico Pollastrini (1817–1876) was an Italian painter. He was born at Livorno. He was a pupil of Giuseppe Bezzuoli and Pietro Benvenuti. He was first professor and afterwards president of the Academy of Fine Arts in the city of Florence, where he died. Among his pupils was Albano Lugli.
