Ernst Haccius (11 December 1893 – 11 February 1943) was a highly decorated Generalleutnant in the Wehrmacht during World War II who commanded the 46. Infanterie-Division. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Ernst Haccius was killed 11 February 1943 in the Caucasus, he was posthumously promoted to the rank of Generalleutnant and awarded the Knight's Cross.
