Corroder Cody

With his long coat, Stetson and eye-patch, the human-looking Corroder Cody resembles the traditional Western villain. However, he is capable of dissolving any metal with his hands. He is also equipped with a pair of pistols firing green corrosive gas and his car, the Rustmobile, has a cow skull mounted on the front which also projects the gas, through its horns. Cody is one of the numerous ‘supervillains’ employed by Lawrence Limburger against the Biker Mice.

Evil Eye Weevil and the Pukes of Hazard

Another supervillain, Evil Eye Weevil is a purple-skinned, skeletal figure and former stuntman. He is also, allegedly, Elvis Presley’s evil alien twin brother. The Pukes of Hazard are his two subordinates, purple dwarves who, in spite of the abuse Evil Eye heaps on them, worship him because of the aforesaid family connection. The vain, narcissistic Evil Eye’s name comes from the fact that his left eye projects a hostility ray, which causes whoever is struck by it to become temporarily hostile towards all around them.

Eyemore

A famed hypnotist, Eyemore appears at first to be an ordinary human, albeit one wearing an excessively large top hat. However, this disguises that fact that he is really an extraordinary, huge purple worm-like creature with a single large eye, which he uses to hypnotise his victims. A quirk of Eyemore is his fastidious attitude to his clothing, prompting him to seek vengeance against anyone who damages his tuxedo.

Flare

A pyromaniac humanoid lizard with a passing resemblance to an iguana, Flare is an explosives expert for hire. He wears insulated gloves with nozzles at the end of the fingers, which are in turn linked to a cylinder of flammable gas on his back. These he uses as anything from lighters, to close range weapons, to miniature flamethrowers. He is distinguished by a whining voice, punctuated by bouts of phlegmy coughing.

‘Lectromag

A purple-skinned cyborg, ‘Lectromag proved a particularly effective threat to the Biker Mice, thanks to his ability to control metal with a form of Electromagnetism. He was consistently able to trap them using his powers, but also proved vulnerable because all his attention had to be focussed on one activity when using these powers. The mice were also able to trap him on one occasion by luring him into a scrap metal yard, where he became covered by metallic fragment.

Loogey Brothers

Hacka Loogey (voiced by Neil Ross) and Honka Loogey (voiced by Jess Harnell), are a pair of Plutarkian brothers, three times winner of the ‘Scum of the Universe’ title and notorious for their hideous stench, repulsive even by normal Plutarkian standards. This is increased in proportion to the amount of junk food (of which they are particularly fond) that they eat. Even Limburger considers them repellent, referring to them as “’’the lowest, the vilest, the most disgusting team of twisted evil enforcers Plutark ever produced!’’" Hired by Limburger, he used their stench as a sort of biological weapon to force the evacuation on Chicago. Interestingly, when Limburger used the above quote, Karbunkle initially believed him to be referring to the Smurfs, but was instructed to "Dismiss those small timers from your mind".

Munsterella and Gorgonzola

A pair of monsters, vaguely dragon-like in appearance, and who appear to be married. Although only a little larger than the Biker Mice, they are able to grow (essentially by inflating themselves) to hundreds of feet in height. Originally imported into Chicago by Limburger to destroy the mice, their intelligence and lust for power in fact resulted in an attempt to take over the city. Eventually the Mice and Charley were forced to team up with Limburger to defeat the beasts, and the Plutarkian revealed that the pair could be returned to their normal size by making them laugh. This was achieved using a photograph of Vinnie as a baby, to the white mouse’s eternal shame.

The Pulverizer

One of Limburger’s supervillains, the Pulveriser is a military cyborg turned hardened criminal. He would appear to take his name partially from one of his fists, which is outsized and immensely powerful, and partly simply from his love of destruction. Parodying stereotypical drill sergeants in his character and attitude to others, Pulveriser is a skilled military leader and a formidable opponent – when he has competent troops at his command. Equipped with Greasepit and Limburger’s goons, however, he is distinctly less effective.

Stalkers

Of insectile-appearance, but with bird-like legs, the Stalkers are actually a race of aliens who spend their time hunting the greatest living examples of that creature’s species. They came to Mars, and then Earth, seeking Throttle, Modo and Vinnie in this capacity, although also went in pursuit of Rimfire after witnessing his skill on the battlefield and discovering his relationship to Modo. They are honourable in their way, and bound by strict rules – they approach Limburger for a hunting permit before going after the mice. Although equipped with formidable natural weapons such as talons, they also use an extensive range of technological devices – flying platforms, lasers, explosive arrows shot from compound bows and so on. The Stalkers themselves seem to be based on Predators franchise.

Tunnel Rat

The first of the assorted humanoid rats to appear in person in the series, possibly a martian, the Tunnel Rat is an expert burrower and the mortal enemy of all Martian mice – he claims to enjoy “tearing meeces [sic] to pieces”. Limburger employed him to undermine Chicago – literally – to allow him to buy up the rubble and ship it to Plutark. Equipped with a jackhammer that doubles as a laser blaster, he is ruthless in combat but lacks the intelligence to outwit the Biker Mice.

Weathermeister

A diminutive, German-accented woman, the Weathermeister is an old friend of Karbunkle. One of the supervillains imported to assist Limburger, she had remarkable control over the weather with the aid of a map of the relevant area, to which she attached weather symbols, producing the appropriate effect. She could use this as a form of weapon – for example, producing giant hailstones with which to bombard her opponents.

X-Terminator

A parody of The Terminator, the X-Terminator is a warrior robot intended as a solution to Limburger’s Biker Mice problems. Heavily armed, Austrian-accented and bearing a passing resemblance to Arnold Schwarznegger, the X-Terminator was in fact the first supervillain the Biker Mice faced. He/it was later hired by Napoleon Brie to combat both the Biker Mice and Limburger.
