The Price River is a river in the state of Utah, in the United States. The river originates in the Wasatch Range, flows past Price and through Price Canyon, joining the Green River after 210 km.

The Scofield Dam was constructed on the river in 1946, there are plans to build a second dam on the river, upstream on the Scofield Dam, called the Gooseberry Narrows Dam. The proposal has met with oposition. As a result of the planned dam the Price River was included on the American Rivers list of the top ten endangered rivers in the United States in 2005.
