Scott Cutler is an American musician and music producer. He is also a prolific songwriter, writing for a large number of popular music artists. He has been a member of the Los Angeles bands Ednaswap and Annetenna with songwriting partner Anne Preven.

He has written songs such as "Torn"with Ednaswap and covered by Natalie Imbruglia, and "Listen", cowritten and sung by Beyoncé Knowles in the 2006 film Dreamgirls, for which he received a Critics Choice Award as well as a Golden Globe nomination and an Academy Award nomination.
