Llangedwyn is a village in Powys, Wales at grid reference SJ184242.

It lies in the Tanat Valley near to the Wales /England border. It is approximately five miles from the small town of Llanfyllin and ten miles from the Shropshire market town of Oswestry. The Berwyn mountain range is nearby, as is Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall.

Llangedwyn itself has a small primary school, a church, a village hall and various craft workshops on the site of a former mill. Llangedwyn Hall is situated in the heart of the village and is a major landowner in the area. The Green Inn public house lies just outside the village on the site of the former village green.
