Scott Sowers (November 5 1963 - ) is an American actor.

Although he appeared as a mercenary on a train in the 1995 film Under Siege 2: Dark Territory which also starred Steven Seagal, he tends to play detectives or officers in various crime television series.

Notable credits include Cracker, where he played Detective Parker from 1997 to 1999, A Season for Miracles (1999) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also made an appearance in Erin Brockovich in 2000.
