This is a list of chapters for the Japanesemanga series Bakuman written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. Bakuman follows accomplished artist Moritaka Mashiro Mashiro Moritaka (真城最高,) and aspiring writer Akito Takagi Takagi Akito (高木秋人,), two boys in 9th grade who wish to be mangaka, or manga artists. It is serialized in the Japanese shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump starting on August 11, 2008. The ongoing manga currently has no released volumes in tankōbon, or bound volume form, in Japan.
