Thomas and Friends, later renamed Thomas and Friends is a children's television series, based on the Railway Series, and which was first broadcast in 1984. Season 11 first premiered in autumn of 2007. It is narrated by Michael Angelis, and re-narrated for American audiences by Michael Brandon. Only one DVD came out for Season 11 in the UK, showing never seen on TV Episodes all about the narrow gauge engines.

Spencer once again boasts about being faster, shinier and stronger than Thomas. Thomas vows to prove him wrong, but all his efforts only make him look worse.

James has the job of picking up the Mayor of Sodor for a festival, but Thomas, Percy and Emily have other jobs to do first, and James goes to wash instead of help them.

A new truck, nicknamed Hector "the Horrid" by Bill and Ben, has arrived to help with the heavy workload, and is unwilling to co-operate. Can Thomas shunt Hector without being scared of him?

The points are broken one day and Gordon must collect an engineer urgently. Unfortunately, Gordon rushes and his passenger turns out not to be who was expected.

Percy sees strange lights in the sky, and Thomas tries to follow them to discover the source, instead of delivering the mail.

Henry is the only engine not held up by snow, because of supposed "lucky trucks", however the next day his luck runs out when his "lucky trucks" are taken by Edward.

Thomas wants to get to the festival, but learns not to hurry the hard way when he damages the bulb that he is taking to the lighthouse.

Thomas likes to play jokes, and one day at the Wharf, he plays jokes on all the narrow gauge engines, however Mr. Percival does not see the funny side of them.

A famous magician is coming to perform on Sodor and Thomas is so excited about his grand finale that he rushes his work and does things wrong because he didn't listen.

The Mayor of Sodor is getting a new sailing boat launched and Thomas is charged with delivering it to the ceremony, however when he leaves before letting the engineer lower the mast, he gets into difficulties.

A new engine called Billy arrives and Thomas must show him around. Billy is too excited to listen and mistakes Thomas' friendly advice for Thomas bossing him about.

Percy is at the Works, so Edward has to take the mail for him instead. The others all think that Edward is very wise and knows everything, and this makes Edward ashamed to ask for help when he does not know how to take the mail.

While Thomas and Percy wait for an important cargo ship at the docks Thomas suggests a game of Hide and Peep. Cranky wants to play but Thomas tells him that he'd be no good at hiding.

Toby is given a special job - to take Alicia Botti the opera singer to a special concert. Toby worries about making a mistake.
17"Thomas and the Runaway Car"11 September, 2007409a
Thomas is chosen to deliver The Fat Controller's brand new car to the Sodor Show. When Gordon challenges him to a race, Thomas is so determined to win that he doesn't wait for the workmen to couple up the car's flatbed properly. He races to the top of Gordon's Hill only for the car to race down the other side without Thomas.

Thomas is at the fitters' yard before a special job taking the school choir to a concert. When James teases him, Thomas becomes determined to prove that he hasn't broken down and puffs away to collect the choir before his final inspection.

Thomas is indignant when the diesels call him a 'stinky steamie'. But his determination to prove them wrong gets him into trouble when he is asked to make a delievery of cheese to the docks.

Percy has a busy day ahead - but he leaves a very important job till it's almost too late. Percy must work hard to prevent certain disaster.
