Kaarlo Olavi Väkevä (March 2, 1909March 27, 1932) was a Finnish boxer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Pietarsaari and died in Aalborg, Denmark.

In 1928 he was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the featherweight class after losing his fight to the upcoming bronze medalist Harold Devine.
