Michael Jeffrey Jordan February 17, 1963 -

Famous American Basketball player.

Born in in Brooklyn, New York. Educated in Wilmington, NC and the University of North Carolina. He was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the first round of the 1984 NBA Draft. At 6' 6" he played Guard for Chicago in thirteen seasons. He won six NBA Championships (1991-93 and 1996-98) and was MVP five times (1988, 1991, 1992, 1996 and 1998). He is also noted for his extensive commercial work outside of basketball for companies such as Nike with their Air Jordan gear.

He currently plays for the Washington Wizards.
