Template:Japanese name Fujiwara no Tokihira (藤原 時平, 871 – April 26, 909) was a kugyō who served as regent under Emperors of Japan.

Born the first son to Mototsune, Kampaku, in 901 Tokihira gained the control of the court by trapping one of his rivals, Sugawara no Michizane, in a political scheme and getting him demoted to a minor official in Kyūshū.. The next year he worked to let the court issue Shōen arrangement ordinance of Engi.
