José Júlio de Carvalho Peyroteo Martins Couceiro, known simply as José Couceiro (born 4 October 1962 in Lisbon, Portugal) is a football manager, that despite his young age already served as president for the SJPF (Portuguese Football Players' Union) and manager in the Sporting Public company. He is a known fan of the Lisbon side, and related to club legend and member of The Five Violins Fernando Peyroteo.

As a manager, Couceiro's career is short, and marked with the relegation of FC Alverca in 2003-04. He bounced back with a good run with Vitória Setúbal, and was signed by FC Porto as a replacement to Víctor Fernandez in 1 February 2005. Not long after his arrival, in 22 May he presented his demission after losing the championship to Benfica, and was replaced by Dutch manager Co Adriaanse. He now manages Belenenses of Porto.
