50th Street and France Avenue also known as 50th & France, is the downtown business neighborhood located in and around the area of 50th Street and France Avenue in Edina and Minneapolis, Minnesota. The 50th & France location features over 175 retailers and professional services ranging from apparel for men, women and children; jewelers, an array of spas and salons, an art-house movie theatre, countless specialty and gift boutiques, a gourmet grocery store and much more. There are also twenty restaurants to wine and dine at ranging from fine, contemporary, and casual dining, including American, Italian and Southwestern fares. For those looking for a quick snack or bite to eat, there are also bakeries, coffee shops and Euro cafes.

Art fair

Once a year the 50th & France area transforms itself for the Edina Art Fair, which has served as a national showcase for the fine art since 1966. In 2006, an estimated 70,000 visitors will celebrate the 40th anniversary of this renowned Art Fair[1].
