Giacomo Luigi Ciamician (August 25, 1857 – January 2, 1922) was an Italian-Armenian photochemist. [1]
He was a nine-time Nobel prize nominee and an Italian senator. He is considered the father of photochemistry. He was the first to advocate the use of solar energy in the early 1900s. [2]
