Aspergillus navahoensis is a species of fungus in the genus Aspergillus. It is from the Nidulantes section.[1] The species was first described in 1982.[2] It was isolated from sand in Arizona.Cite error: The opening <ref>
tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page). It has been reported to produce averufin, norsolorinic acid, 6,7,8-trihydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin,[3] desferritriacetylfusigen, echinocandin B,[4] and sterigmatocystin.[5]
