Why you delete David Lazzaroni... per A1

Why do you delete my article about David Lazzaroni. It was three lines written and he has been on top 15 in world cup at least 10 times and is because of that notable. So why you deleted it? AlwaysOnion (talk) 19:46, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! AlwaysOnion (talk) 19:54, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why you deleted The Judas Syndrome??

the band member Phil Vibes of Irate has an international fanbase having played all the major festivals in the european summer tour circuit. Additionally the other members of the group were in bands that lapped around the USA a number of times with dedicated fanbases nation-wide as is evident by the combined almost quater million hits to their myspace pages.

in short, people are interested in what happened to these people.

so can you give the page back and let me finish it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fred Edmund (talkcontribs) 00:39, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

GroupSwim Deletion

Greetings - I saw that you deleted the GroupSwim entry I submitted/created because it was advertising. My company, a publicly traded investment firm, is piloting GroupSwim and it shows a lot of promise. GroupSwim has a unique and effective approach to helping us gauge client sentiment. Note that GroupSwim was my second Wikipedia post. My first post, Balsamiq, was also deleted because it lacked "significance" (Balsamiq is a groundbreaking tool for allowing non-technical users easily create mockups). How do you evaluate advertising versus significance? I also see posts on other software applications (e.g. Apple Mail) so is significance based on widespread adoption or something genuinely unique? Thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bkingbking (talkcontribs) 02:19, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hagger articles landing on my watchlist

NawlinWiki, a while ago I asked you how various Hagger vandalism articles could have ended up on my watchlist, and as you remember, you didn't know how, but asked me to tell you if I found out. Well, a little while ago I figured out how the articles got there, and the explanation is actually rather simple: those articles got there because articles already on my watchlist were being moved by Grawp and then those new article titles remained on my watchlist after it happened, because when an article that's on your watchlist gets moved, the new title is added to the list, and remains even if it's deleted. Far simpler then I had suspected at the time.--LWF (talk) 04:51, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pederasty

I think it is uncalled for to block the article for a month. No one is warring over it, and we may have to do some work on it in the near future. Haiduc (talk) 03:11, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you delete the above article? I see you have restored it now. But why did you delete in the first place?↔NMajdantalk 19:10, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed you'd deleted this page citing vandalism, and restored it soon after. I checked the page and could see no sign of recent vandalism, though an IP had posted an extensive list of Prince's songs which another editor removed. I'm keeping an eye on this page and the article associated with it and I'm curious what you saw that flagged the vandalism deletion. I am assuming that the complete deletion was an error. Thanks 23skidoo (talk) 22:39, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please disregard the above. I didn't realize you were dealing with a vandalism page move. Good work on fixing that. Cheers! 23skidoo (talk)

Why was the Offspring page protected? There wasn't much vandalism lately before you protected it, so I assume it's probably safe to unprotect it now. Alex (talk) 03:08, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

A legitimate request to rename an article (H.R. 1424) that you protected has been made on its talk page. The bill was signed into law as Public Law 110-343. (source)   — C M B J   10:07, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Move protection

Why did you move protect Power Rangers: Mystic Force?—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 20:14, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I'm wondering what the heck is going on, I noticed you had done the same for Sonic the Hedgehog (character). You've move-protected quite a lot of pages in the last few minutes. What's up? NeoChaosX (talk, edits) 21:21, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And now orkut... I see your point, but I'd also like to note the incongruity between preventive move-protection and the available move-protection templates, which give only two reasons for the protection: naming disputes or vandalism. If this practice of preventive move-protection is acceptable (and the community may indeed be shifting towards this direction), perhaps this ought to be brought up, and adjustments made.
