Rodel Velayo
Seiko Films has a habit of making household names out of virtual nobodies. They have launched the careers of Jestoni Alarcon, Isko Moreno, Gardo Versoza, Diana Zubiri, Leonardo Litton, and, of course, who could forget Rodel Velayo?
Rodel was the most popular boldie of his time. He has become heir-apparent to the throne held by Gardo Versoza during the early 1990’s. At the peak of his career, Rodel has starred in over 20 films all of which are of the bold genre. He rose to quick stardom when he agreed to play the role of a male macho dancer in the controversial film, Burlesk King.
His career went dormant when he started living in with his co-star in the movie “Nene”, Daniella (who is now his wife).
