Chase Field
Bank One Ballpark is a stadium located in Phoenix. It is accross the street from the America West Arena, used by the Phoenix Suns and the Phoenix Coyotes.
Bank One Ballpark's main concern is with baseball, being home of the MLB's Arizona Diamondbacks. The park began to be constructed in 1996, and was finished just before the Diamondback's first season began, in 1998. It has a retractable roof, being the only stadium in the United States to have one. It also has a swimming pool, which is rented to patrons.
In 2001, the park saw a historical moment happen, when the Diamondbacks won Game 7 of the World Series against the New York Yankees. Down two runs to one and with two outs in the bottom of the ninth, Luis Gonzalez hit a single that scored Craig Counsell and Mark Grace, giving the Diamondbacks the world championship.
Bank One Ballpark is also host to many concerts and other sports events each year.
