Metals-banka (full name: Metals-banka a.d. Novi Sad) (BELEX: MTBN) is a bank operating in Serbia. It was established in 1990 with headquarters in Novi Sad.

Metals-banka runs various operations, including: deposit, payment, loans, incasso, foreign exchange (money market operations), cash transfers in accordance with the federal law and other financial services.

The bank's market presence was strengthened in 2001, following its majority takeover of DTD banka and DDOR banka. Both entities were soon merged into the Metals-banka operation. Ever since then, the bank maintains a strategic partnership with DDOR Novi Sad insurance company, which is the bank's single largest stakeholder with 18.97%[1].
