The Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul (UFFS, in English: Federal University of Southern Border) is a Brazilian public institution located in Santa Catarina, Brazil, with satellite campuses elsewhere in the region. It was formally founded by act of legislature in September 2009, and plans to graduate 10,000 students within its first five years.[1]
