ICM Research is a public opinion researcher registered in England (number 02571387). It is a subsidiary of Creston plc, a marketing services company.

Business

ICM Group is a full-service research and insights consultancy working globally across sectors and markets. The group is formed of ICM Research, ICM Direct and Fieldwork UK.

At ICM Research, sector specialists conduct research using a full range of methodologies. Supported by online and telephone data collection from ICM Direct and face-to-face services from Fieldwork UK.

ICM's strapline is "Clear thinking in a complex world".

ICM conducts polling research for, in particular, The Guardian, the News of the World, The Scotsman and The Sunday Telegraph. ICM is a member of the British Polling Council.[1]

History

When ICM was initially set up it stood for Independent Communications and Marketing. Over time ICM became the brand and it is now commonly referred to as that.
