Ip or Ipp (Romanian: Ip; Hungarian: Ipp) is a commune in Sălaj County, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Cosniciu de Jos, Cosniciu de Sus, Ip, Zăuan and Zăuan-Băi.
The commune was the site of the 1940 Ip massacre.
