Jibou ( ; outdated Jibău or Șibău ; German Siben , Hungarian Zsibó ) is a small town in the district of Sălaj in the Kreischgebiet in Romania .
Geographical location
Jibou is located on the Someș River , about 25 kilometers northeast of the district capital Zalău , with which it is connected via the drum național 1H and the county road ( drum județean ) DJ 108A.
