The scope of the journal Physiology & Behavior is the underlying physiological mechanisms of behavior and how environmental factors can be affect it. Topics covered by the jounal include behavioral neuroendocrinology, psychoneuroimmunology, learning and memory, ingestion, taste, social behavior, exercise, mechanisms of psychopathology and studies using animal models with the purpose of translating the findings to humans.
