Radomir Shaper (born December 9, 1925 in Belgrade, Serbia; died December 6, 1998 in Belgrade, Serbia) was a Serbian basketball player and administrator. As a player, he represented BASK Belgrade, Red Star Belgrade and Partizan Belgrade on club level, he also played for the Yugoslavia national basketball team. He served as a president of the Yugoslav Basketball Federation for 8 years, Commissioner of the Yugoslav League and President of the Technical Commission of FIBA (1972-1988). In 2007, he was enshrined as a contributor in the FIBA Hall of Fame.
