Government Flying Service is the name of the Hong Kong Government's government flying services unit, mainly for search and rescue, air ambulance, firefighting, and police operations. It is a not a military or defence unit.

To prepare for the handover of Hong Kong in 1997, The Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force (RHKAAF), a unit of RAF, was disbanded on April 1, 1993, with all operations taken over by this civilian unit.

The service operates from the southwestern end of Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok. Before the opening of the airport in 1998, it operates from the former Hong Kong International Airport at Kai Tak.
