Vincent Franklin is an English actor best known for his roles in comedy television programmes. Recent roles included PR guru Stewart Pearson in The Thick of It and blunt manager Nick Jowitt in Twenty Twelve.[1] He had appeared in a number of feature films including Vera Drake and the 2006 films Confetti and The Illusionist. Other parts have included Five Days, Doc Martin, Being Human and Rowan the trainer in The Office.[2]

Since 2002 he co-runs "Quietroom", an consultancy which advises financial services companies and government departments about customer service language.[3]
