Åke Norman (born February 8, 1962 ) is a former Swedish ski jumper and today's ski jumping coach.

Norman made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup on December 30, 1985 . In Oberstdorf he reached 63rd place in the opening competition of the Four Hills Tournament 1985/86 . The first years of his career Norman remained unsuccessful and pointless. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1989 , Norman jumped to 32nd place on the normal hill and 31st place on the large hill. On February 16, 1990 in Predazzo he achieved the only World Cup points win of his career with 15th place. With the one point he won, he ended the 1989/90 seasonon the 60th place in the overall World Cup ranking. After two more unsuccessful years, Norman finally ended his active ski jumping career in 1992.

Since the end of his active career, Norman has been working as a ski jumping trainer for young Swedish jumpers.
