Æthelred II (East Anglia)
Æthelred II. (Also Eðelred ) was king of the Anglo-Saxon kingdom of East Anglia around 875 . There are no contemporary accounts of Æthelred's life. He is only known through coins. He presumably ruled as a subregulus (sub-king) of the Danish occupier Ivar Ragnarsson since 869/870.
