Edouard Courtial
Édouard Courtial (born June 28, 1973 ) is a conservative French politician and has been a member of the National Assembly since June 16, 2002 . He represents the department of the Oise and belongs to the Union pour un mouvement populaire party .
On September 28, 2011, he was appointed Secretary of State for the French Abroad by Nicolas Sarkozy . In this office he will succeed David Douillet .
Since September 8, 2003 he has been the mayor of Agnetz .
