The Île du Retour , also known as Retour Island , is a rocky and 1.1 km long island off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . It is the largest of the Curzon Islands and is 160 m from Cape Découverte .

Participants in a French Antarctic expedition lasting from 1949 to 1951 mapped out and named the island in memory of the return of previous French expeditions.
