Ólína Þorvarðardóttir (2009)

Ólína Kjerúlf Þorvarðardóttir ( transcribed : Olina Kjerulf Thorvardardottir ; born September 8, 1958 ) is an Icelandic politician ( Alliance ).

Ólína was a member of the Icelandic parliament Althing for the Northwestern constituency from 2009 to 2013 . She was a member of the Industry Committee and the Environment and Transport Committee. She has also headed the Icelandic delegation to the West Nordic Council since 2009 .

From October 26, 2015 until the early parliamentary elections on October 29, 2016 , Ólína was again a member of the Althing. It received the seat of the late Guðbjartur Hannesson . During this time she was a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice and Education and the Committee on Welfare and was a member of the Icelandic delegation to the Nordic Council . She did not run for election in 2016.
