Ólafur Haukur Símonarson

Ólafur Haukur Símonarson (born August 24, 1947 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic author.

After studying interior design and literature in Copenhagen and Strasbourg, he returned to Iceland in 1974. Since then, Símonarson has been working full-time as a writer and has written numerous dramas, musicals, screenplays, novels, books for children and young people, short stories, poems and songs.
