Óscar Rivera
Óscar Javier Rivera Álvarez (born March 5, 1989 ) is a Colombian road cyclist .
Óscar Rivera started his career in 2010 with the Colombian Continental Team UNE-EPM . In his first year he won the team time trial at the Vuelta de la Juventud Colombia with the team . In the 2012 season he won a stage at the Vuelta a Guatemala and was fifth there overall. In 2013 he was successful in a section of the Vuelta a Santander.
