Óscar Soliz Villca (born January 9, 1985 in Villazón ) is a Bolivian cyclist .

Óscar Soliz was one of the most successful Bolivian cyclists from the mid-2000s to the 2010s. In 2007 he won the overall ratings of the Bolivian cycle races Doble Sucre Potosí Gran Premio and Doble Copacabana Gran Premio Fides , and in 2009 he was able to repeat the successes at the Doble Sucre Potosí Gran Premio . By 2016 he was a total of ten national champions in road races and individual time trials . In 2013 he won the Vuelta al Sud de Bolivia .

At the beginning of the Tour of Colombia in 2017, Soliz - like seven other racing drivers - tested positive for the blood doping agent CERA. He admitted the doping, he acted "out of desperation". The World Cycling Federation UCI banned him for four years until July 31, 2021.
