Kalliope Austria 2020

2020 runs under the focus “ Kalliope Austria: Women in society, culture and science”. Under this title (named after the ancient Greek muse of poetry and philosophy), the Austrian Cultural Forum Kiev, together with the Austrian Cooperation Office Lemberg, wants to recognize the important role of women in these spheres and let experts from both countries discuss gender issues. A number of talented contemporary Austrian artists will also be presented in Ukraine. This should contribute to a new awareness that sees women as equal parts of society, beyond role clichés.
