The Överdiek is a lake in the municipality of Timmendorfer Strand in the Ostholstein district in Schleswig-Holstein - it is located west of Timmendorfer Strand in the Överdiek district of the same name .
It has a very irregular shape consisting of a large expanse of water in the south, which branches into three narrow arms and a large bay to the north. The lake has a maximum width of approx. 300 m and a maximum length of approx. 600 m.
The Överdiek drains over the Mühlenau into the southeastern Hemmelsdorfer See .
It is used as a fishing lake.
