Øivind Hånes

Øivind Hånes (born January 5, 1960 in Drammen ) is a Norwegian musician , composer , producer and writer .

So far, he has published five CDs, two volumes of short stories and ten novels , two of which have been published in German: "American Agricultural Machinery" and "Permafrost". Hånes has also written several non-fiction books on food and drink. He has lived in Cologne since 1998 . In 2005 he was nominated for the Nordic Council's Literature Prize for his novel “Pirolene i Benidorm” .
