The Üntschenpass is a 1854 m high mountain pass over the Allgäu Alps in Vorarlberg .
It connects the valley of the Bregenzer Ach , and thus the Bregenzerwald , with the Kleinwalsertal and can only be crossed on foot. The Üntschenpass separates the northwestern Walsertal mountains and the southeastern Walsertal mountains .
