The Schußkogel ( 1134 m ) is a summit in the Tegernsee Mountains , which are part of the Bavarian Prealps .
topography
The Schußkogel, along with Gassler Berg , Oeder Kogel and Wallenburger Kogel, is part of a series of peaks in front of the Neureut - Gindelalm mountain range. The north side and the summit are forested. The short southern slope up to the saddle of the Ostiner Berg is not forested. A wire fence stretches across the summit.
The Schußkogel is rarely visited, the saddle can be reached on foot via forest paths from Unterschuß , but the last 30 meters in altitude must be covered without paths .
