Þorbjörn hornklofi

Þorbjörn hornklofi , alternatively also Hornklofi ( Old Norse Þórbjǫrn hornklofi , Norwegian Torbjørn Hornkløve or Hornklove , German also Thorbjörn Hornklaue ), was a Norwegian skald of the 9th or 10th century who worked at the court of King Harald Fairhair .

Hornklofis surviving works includes only next to the song of praise of Hrafnsmál , a lausavísa in individual verses and the aggregate also as praise Harald Glymdrapá . Hornklofi's poetry is mainly transmitted through the Heimskringla of Snorri Sturluson and there comprises 33 stanzas and semi-stanzas.
