The ČSD series E 479.0 (from 1988: series 130 ) is an electric locomotive of the former Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD) for the 3 kV direct current system.

The 40 locomotives for ČSD were manufactured by Škoda in Pilsen in 1977 . The mining company Doly Nástup Tušimice received a further 14 locomotives as works locomotives.

The locomotives represent the last series of the first generation of electric locomotives from Škoda. As such, they still have the series parallel connection for traction and speed control that has been common for direct current locomotives . As an innovation, however, the locomotives received modern single-arm pantographs and a diagnostic system.

All locomotives are still in use at ČD and SD - Kolejová doprava .
