Čupavci
Čupavci is a dessert common in the Balkans . The Lamington are small cake batter or biscuit dough, which in chocolate dipped and dried coconut flakes are sprinkled. The name Čupavci is derived from čupavi = hairy , fluffy , after the appearance of the coconut shell.
In the English-speaking world, especially in Australia and New Zealand , there is a similar confection called Lamington , named after Charles Cochrane-Baillie, 2nd Baron Lamington , Governor of Queensland 1896–1901.
In Switzerland , similar small cakes are sold under the name coconut cubes in the branches of the retailer Coop in various packaging sizes (1 or 4 pieces).
