İbrahim Bilgen
İbrahim Bilgen (born March 2, 1949 in Batman , Turkey , † May 31, 2010 in international waters off the Gaza Strip ) was a Turkish politician, electrical engineer and political activist. He was killed by Israeli fighters in the Ship-to-Gaza incident .
Bilgens family is originally from Mosul ( Iraq ). Since 1980 Bilgen lived in Siirt in the Turkish region of Eastern Anatolia . He was married and had six children.
