Şefik Bakay
Ali Şefik Bakay (* 1900 in Istanbul ; † January 26, 1983 ) was a Turkish politician .
Career
Bakay was a member of the Grand National Assembly between 1950 and 1962 , in which he represented the constituency of Kırklareli as a member of the Democratic Party . From September to December 1954 he was deputy representative of Turkey in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe .
