Žiga Šolar (* 1990 ) is a former Slovenian natural track tobogganist . He took part in two World Cup races in the winter of 2007/2008 and contested several races in the Intercontinental Cup.

Career

In the Intercontinental Cup, Žiga Šolar took part in races from winter 2005/2006, but never reached top positions. Šolar, who drove for the SD Domel Železniki, had his only two starts in the World Cup at the end of the 2007/2008 season in Železniki . There he achieved places 28 and 29 and classified only in the bottom field. In the overall World Cup he finished 42nd. After this season he did not contest any international races. In the summer, Žiga Šolar also took part in roller luge competitions.
